 Dance Space is an independent dance studio, locally owned and operated. Dance Space operates studios in both Vero Beach and in Sebastian, Florida. Dance Space is the undisputed leader in dance education for young people on Florida's Treasure Coast. Dance Space has developed an outstanding reputation for emphasizing the student's total development. Through dance, students learn discipline, time management and working as a team. Children develop self-esteem, self assurance and gain a sense of confidence. Students are afforded opportunities to work with guest choreographers, perform in the community and compete at an advanced level. Several competition teams trained at Dance Space actively compete in regional and national competitions. The Minnie, Junior and Senior Competition Teams have won high honors at various events, such as Dance Explosion, Jump and the NYC Dance Alliance Competitions. Dance Space students have also won scholarships at several prestigious schools, such as the Miami School of Ballet and the Rock School of Ballet in Philadelphia.

Andrew Currie is the owner and Master Instructor of Dance Space. As a Broadway dancer, Andrew has performed in "Cats", "Miss Saigon", " Starlight Express", "La Cage Aux Folles" and other productions. He has also performed as back-up dancer for Grace Jones and Angela Lansbury.  Dance Space is a member of the Cultural Council in Vero Beach and the Sebastian Chamber of Commerce.
